Values of Virtual Corporate Wellness™

Don’t you want to know a little about a company to see if you align with their values and beliefs before you begin a partnership?

I certainly do.

To me, I view clients and customers as partners. I think it’s important to make that distinction because we all can in fact learn from each other. There is no hierarchy.

This is a community-driven business that wants to connect you to other businesses who are in the same boat and going through the same struggles, where we can uplift one another and get the results you need to create a healthier and happier workforce, and a business that is more profitable.

To do that, I want you to know a little about my values and beliefs and the high expectations I have for myself and Virtual Corporate Wellness™.

1. I am grateful to God for everything in my life both past, present and future. He gave me this passion to help businesses and I intend to pursue it to the fullest.
2. My personal goal is to reach at minimum, 100,000 businesses and teach them how to change their approach to corporate wellness.
3. 10% of all Virtual Corporate Wellness™ profits are given to charity.
4. To always put people over profits, because when you invest in your people they will show up in big ways to make your profit goals a reality.
5. Honesty, integrity and transparency are vital for every business to truly succeed.
6. Always show grace, kindness and respect to one another. Easier said than done, but regardless of how others act we have a responsibility for our own actions.
7. Try to remove ego from the situation and come from a place of understanding the other person’s perspective. This is another one that’s hard, but conflict can sometimes be avoided if we do this first.
8. Be open to teach others and help them grow into becoming their best selves, even if sometimes they don’t even envision that for themselves.
9. Always be a student of life. There is always room for growth and improvement no matter if it’s business or personal.
10. With everything in life, there is no one-size-fits all approach. This is especially true with corporate wellness and why I believe in customization. You are the expert on your business and employees. Together we can customize a program that gets the results you need for your organization to succeed.

You don’t have to agree or believe in everything I mentioned above, but my hope is that it connects with you on some level.
